Where can I buy my Brightz?

Brightz are sold at your local retailers, toy stores, bike shops, sporting goods stores, and through our website.  Would you like your local toy store and bicycle dealer to sell Brightz in your community? Please tell them about Brightz, then email us with their name, phone number and email address. We’ll invite them to become a Brightz dealer so people in your neighborhood can buy them locally.

If I order online, how long will it take to get my Brightz?

Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) of order via US Postal Service. After shipping, allow up to 3 to 5 business days for your Brightz to arrive. We are based in the Midwest, near Toledo, Ohio.

Do you ship to *country*?

Unfortunately, we only ship within the US at this time.

What is your policy on returns?

At Brightz, all sales are final with the exception of mechanical defects. Brightz have a 30 day limited replacement warranty. Please read our Return Policy for more information. If you did not purchase your Brightz from our website, contact the store or seller you received them from.

Why isn’t my coupon code working?

Only coupon codes supplied on www.brightz-ltd.com, our official social media accounts, or via additional Brightz, Ltd. promotional content (physical mailers, our email newsletters, etc.) will work. Coupon codes found outside these medias were not created or authorized by Brightz, Ltd.
